We were blown away by the level of attention to detail and thoughtfulness at this hotel. the accommodation was not only a good size and comfortable, but it also included all the facilities we could possibly need, including ironing facilities and a washing machine which made our stay incredibly convenient. the owner's communication was exceptional, making sure everything was satisfactory and even providing us with a local food delivery number for added convenience. the location just off the High Street was perfect, with a small car park nearby, and the sitting area with a flat-screen TV allowed us to relax and enjoy the stunning views of Eddleston Water. Overall, our experience at this hotel truly exceeded our high expectations and we can't wait to return.
